Corrosion Protection

Bridge Bearings require advanced, high performance long lasting corrosion protection systems in order for them to perform satisfactorily for extended periods of time. To meet this requirement, Nova Engineering Works developed the expertise to apply there coatings in house. In applying advanced corrosion protection systems to our own products, we have built up a base of knowledge and experience that we are able to offer our customers. This is the foundation on which our current corrosion protection capabilities are built.

Our facilities include grit and sand blasting equipment capable of handling work pieces up to 7 meters in length, hot zinc spraying facilities and the ability to apply simple or multi-coat anti corrosion systems. We are able to offer Quality Plans, in process monitoring and certification to satisfy our customers that the correct coating system and specifications have been followed and adhered to.
