Nova Engineering Works can provide either “Conventional” or “CNC” machining services. The CNC workshop houses turning centres as well as vertical and horizontal machining centres. Turning work up to 700 mm diameter can be executed as well as milling work up to 1600 mm x 900 mm. A state of the art computer assisted programming system is utilised to provide efficient and accurate program production.
Quality control takes place at multiple levels. Constant in-process quality monitoring occurs at the machine by both the machine operator and the machine setter. Final measurement and product approval is undertaken before despatch of the machined product.
